Bulldog: a man’s best friend

Everyone knows that a dog is man’s best friend.

After having used Bulldog’s skin care over the past few weeks, I can safely say that he is just that.

Packed with the seemingly mandatory-these-days essential oils and other such ingredients that do nothing but wonder for the skin like green tea, green algae, konjac mannan and vitamin E, Bulldog does the job when it comes to keeping safe watch over the tender and fragile skin of the face and neck.

Touting its natural properties and ingredients within every bottle, the UK brand Bulldog Natural Skincare does actually hit the nail on the head when it comes to gently and effectively fluffing facial hair for shaving, cleansing the face of the day and moisturing away its after-effects.

As with any face wash, I found my skin was left dry and feeling tight surprising given the amount of oil in the concoction, however. Not too worried, though; a quick application of the modestly packaged Bulldog original moisturiser saw my face come back to life with the topical injection of paraben-free plumpness.

What I find most appealing about the Bulldog natural Skincare brand is the brand attitude and personality. A sense of cheekiness comes along with the carefree notion of the life of the dog. Their witty one liners on the back of packaging like ‘How can you face your problem if your problem is your face? This isn’t the whole answer but it’s a start’, amongst others give you the sense you’re using something real.

I’ll be heading out with my new best friend keeping watch over my face any day.
