Porn for the fashionsexual – part 1

Penthouse Mouse. A name you need to know.

They’re one of the country’s leaders in independent up-and-coming fashion design, a voice for the underlings and a pathway to success and amazement for the Australian fashion industry.

Penthouse Mouse has been around since 2007 and has since been setting the bar high for independent fashion events. It is a permanent fixture in the L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival Cultural Program and makes even the most mainstream of fashion lovers wet themselves with the labels and individual pieces that will make you laugh and cry with tears of joy.

On Friday 2 March 2012, Melbourne’s fashion designers, retailers, bloggers, journos, photographers and anyone and everyone else assembled at the Penthouse north of the river for the coming together of independent labels such as Where Lovers Lie, Neo Dia, Di$count, Trimapee, Bento and Upper Left Arm for their official launch do. It was something not to be missed and welcomed-in the PHM’s festivities.

It was an amazingly set-out, quirky designed and alcohol-providing fashion fest for those in the know who admire quality Australian labels and the skills of so many talented designers on their way up and up.
